Live life to the fullest>

saw a story on tv tonite... was pretty sad but inspirational at the same time... toks abt this family where the father committed suicide due to stress at work... wats worse was tat he strangled his own son b4 takin his own life.. his reason 4 killing his son stated in his departing letter to his wife was tat he din wan his son to follow in his footsteps... and tat he could take care of his son in the netherworld... well u may tink its crazy and i do tink so too but i am really amazed by the wife's courage and strong-willedness to live on w/o her husband and son by her side animore... her daughter is still ard tho but can u imagine losing both loved ones juz in a short day juz cos of a simple yet complicated thing called stress? the husband once applied for a transfer in his co so tat he could hv a change of environment but it was rejected! i mean y r some pple so inflexible? but i felt tat the husband shd hv had shown his psychiatrist appt letters to his boss so tat he can prove it to them tat he was under tremendous stress.. but then i guess he din wanna lose face or even lose the job should the co tink he's a lunatic...

aniway the moral of the story is tat no matter hw stressed u r wif work, studies, r/s or ani other stuff in life, take some time aside to spill it all out to frens or family or find some kind of channel to destress like sports, music, slp etc... but def dun turn to alcohol 5 days of the wk which i noe some pple like to do... take ur mind off the stress source by initiating smth tat u like to do or r comfortable wif.. wat the final words the lady mentioned in the show was right... we r oni here on earth for a short time, y restrict the priviledge u hv by takin ur own life n cut the time u hv in this amazing place? there r soo many things to do and places in the world 4 u to go to b4 u can finally say gdbye.. and treasure watever u feel is close to u cos u never noe wat will happen tom... be optimistic! take things ez...
