Bday celebrations part 2>

had my birthday leave today.. so took a gd rest at home the whole day and juz zuo bo and laze ard lor =) wah nice to relax but feel quite sian also... hahaha guess i cannot juz sit home all day and do nth... 劳碌命! nice to wake up to 5 msgs on my new number tis morn and 3 on the older one.. was shocked to see candy calling me fr her bahrain fone at 1 am+ when i was aredi fast aslp... dunno is it cos she wanted to wish me happy bday but wasnt aware of the time in sg hahahhaa.... but i saw the bday card she sent to my office email and i was bewildered by this msg:

"Hope your birthday is the happiest day ever ! Have fun - and don't do anything that I wouldn't !!!"

hmm nt sure wat she means.... aniway also received a msg fr liisa too so was quite touched.... and of cos fr all of u my beloved frens! thx for ur kind wishes =)

then when kel knocked off wrk me went out to meet him for dinner at suntec... juz b4 i stepped out of the hse, my mum came back home fr wrk wif a bday cake in hand and whole family was home so they sang a bday song for me b4 i went out hehehhee.... wah on my way to suntec the bus i took broke down halfway hahahhaa.. luckily the next one din take too long to come and the best thing was my whole trip was free! =)

we wanted to meet at country manna restaurant since he had a M1 bday voucher which he hadnt use until nw so might as well go there to hv dinner... but when we got there it was nowhere to be found!!! wah sad hahah so we went over to millenia walk to see if the new restaurant was nice and it was taken over by coffee bean too! so we settled for outback steakhouse which served pretty gd food too! took a nice walk ard suntec b4 going home sweet home...

yup so tat was my bday part 2 =) nice and simple celebration.. dun worry no more part 3 hehehe.. i tink...

Bday celebrations part 1>

hehehehehhehe joy, alice and i had a blast at cine kbox singing our fav tunes away on sat nite... mainly was to celebrate my bday which is coming in less than a wk's time *hint hint* =) a buffet dinner came along wif the package and we ate to our hearts and sang merrily... hahahha joy and i even sang a prelude to alice's wedding wif "i finally found someone" but i guess we need more practice to sing it well else it will be rather embarrassing hahahahhaa... then it was followed by "i'll make love to you" hahahahaha.... alice felt it was quite sleazy but the pt is we had great fun, as always!! they gave me a casio metal watch as a bday gift which looks really professional for wrk so thx alot gals for ur efforts ;)

hahahh when i was abt to open the card they wrote for me, i was lamenting tat i was a yr older liao... and when i took the card out fr its envelope it read "So wat if u've gained another yr?"!!!!!! haiz wat a gd ans i had!!!! hahahahhaha

had another bday celebration on sun nite but wif my family tis time and it was merged tog wif father's day cum my mum's recent winning lottery ticket hehehehe.... so she treated us all incl uncles to a dinner at a restaurant located at boon keng... hmm the food wasnt tat great and was quite ex but it was nice cos we took pics as a big family in a long time! but dun wanna publish here la to protect them =)

during the daytime on sun went to orchard wif kel to get my new contract wif another service provider M1 and get a new hp for kel at the same time wif the new line... haha kel din really wan a fone wif so many functions cos he wdnt use them at all so we took a long time deciding on a fone cos all the fones nw r so high-end!!! finally he decided to take Nokia 6300 since he doesnt really like bulky fones and tis one was really slim and nt as high-end... since we both r now M1 subscribers we also wanted to get a pair of new numbers at the same time tat were running numbers but the oni pair tat the customer service person managed to squeeze out for us din sound nice at all... so leave it till next time lor to see if there r nicer "golden" numbers...

yes, i'll be turning 2x soon... going 30-ish in juz a few yrs' time.... its scary tinkin abt it!!!!! but for nw juz hope tat everything will be smooth sailing and peaceful for me... and may all my loved ones ard me stay happy and healthy always =)

GSS!!>

if u dunno by nw wat GSS stands for its the great singapore sale!!! hehehehehe... yup did some shopping on sun wif some galfrens and it was fun cos everyone managed to buy something home =) guys dun cringe the month will be over soon =)

also caught shrek3 on sat morn... its a really cute show! altho there were parts i felt a little bored but i still give it thumbs up for its cutieness... i lurvvvv the gingerbread man he's soooo cute!!!

i got back fr wrk yest and found an envelope lying on my table which was addressed fr reader digest... hmm i dun subscribe to reader digest leh so i opened it up to see wat it was abt... there were three pink cheques in amts ranging bet $50,000-$370,000 attached to a letter saying tat i could win those actual cash if i returned the pink cheques within a stipulated amt of time... there was also a flyer with a car plate number on 1 side instructing me to scratch three labels on the other side to see if the car number matches.. and the peugeot one did! if there's a match i also hv to return the flyer to win the car hahahhahahaa.. there was also another flyer asking me to scratch to see if there were 3 stars so tat i can return the flyer to win a trip to some exotic destination...

i felt everythin was really fishy at this pt and took a gd look at the date of the cheques.. the date of issue was may 1, 2007!!!! wat??? ask me to return the cheques within 7 days and the stuff oni reach me on jun 5??? hahhahhaha.. i went online to see if there were similar incidents and there were a couple describing tat it was a scam in the US... i also read tat this had aredi occurred to some singaporeans even some 10 yrs ago liao... hmm seems like tis reached me kinda late huh??? i wdnt hv felt so pissed if it wasnt addressed to me fr citibank cos i am their customer... felt kinda cheated haiz...
