Orchard Scam... NSC Bomb...>

haha the titles sound scary dun they? hmm aniway yest was at somerset area for dinner... a teenager comes up to me and a fren and asks whether we r singaporeans... then asked us to fill in survey.. since i had credit card she asked me more qns like hw many times i shop in orchard, hw much on ave do i spend in a mth on shoppin, my salary, job etc.... then whips out a scratch-and-win card and says i hv won a prize! hahahha... an all expense paid week trip to a destination of my choice (nt incl transport/meals)... i saw places tat i could choose to go include china india portugal thailand etc.... wah sounds too gd to be true ya? even toto also nt accurate hahahaa.... but they wanted me to go wif them to collect the travel voucher at the UOB bldg so tat the teenager can collect her commission of 100bucks but i had to rush off to dinner first so i told them i wd call them later to go wif them....

but later durin dinner upon tinkin more carefully, i rem a scam i read online abt makin pple sign up for membership in the travel agency first b4 u can get the free travel or other vouchers.... check them out to make sure u dun fall in the same trap:

phew luckily i rem else i will be bankrupt... hahhaa so din go back in the end and went ahead for coffee wif frens... today she sent me a msg to go down to collect but i wun reply.. so frens out there pls be careful too k??

sigh luckily din kana tricked.. cos i juz spent a bomb on myself today... eh nt shoppin or anythin like tat la... went to see doc at national skin centre (NSC) cos i hv been havin this rash problem since last yr and its been botherin me real bad lately.... the rashes r mainly on my arms and there r some on my shoulders... well its a long story.. usually i spray perfume on my clothes oni cos when i first experimented wif perfume, i tried on my wrists and i had rashes immediately on the same day.... so i swore off sprayin directly on my skin and instead on my clothes.... but last yr i tried sprayin davidoff cool water near armpit area and it got inflammed and real itchy... bore wif it for awhile and it went away b4 soon my upper arms got infected instead... and then it spread to my lower arms and part of my hands.... even 2 of my fingertips werent spared but i felt they had blisters due to the use of soap instead... hmm in all i guess i am allergic to some ingredient in soap or perfumes ba....

few yrs ago i also had rashes on my face due to the use of some foundation and it kinda interfered wif the cleanser i used since i hv to use the cleanser to clean off the cosmetic ma...... it was cured when i stopped usin the cosmetic and i changed cleanser to a milder one.... even the use of those medical oils on my tummy when i had stomachaches i can also can kana rashes... wah stomachache ok liao but got rashes instead hahahahhaa.... sianz all these sensitive skin issues i hv.... hmm real sadz...

aniway when i saw the doc i told him abt my situation, he said its eczema lor and i totally cannot use perfume or soap at least for this whole wkend... after the doc's consultation i went thru a patch test also known as allergy test... they put 84 agents on my back! hahahahah those agents consist of diff ingredients found in fragrances and perfumes... my poor back now looks like those herbal patches stuck on the whole back.. i had to strip topless manz for the nurse to stick those things on my back hahahaha.... and nt allowed to bathe for 48hrs and can oni use water to bathe until i go back to NSC on mon to get the readings and noe the final results as in wat agents my skin is allergic to... wah i will be hiding at home the whole of sat manz... lucky dun hv tuition hahahahhahaa.... i even hv to bring back the perfumes i used for them to match wif.... if mostly positive means i cant touch perfumes anymore hahahaha... dunno its a gd or bad thing since i get to save on them? hehehee..... but wun smell nice anymore ahahhaha....

aniway the bomb was tat i spent more than 200 bucks in juz a day! hahhahaa... haiz spent the whole mornin there as well... mon afternoon at least another 1.5hrs.... its a real torture to be a patient... spend so much time and money juz to get urself cured... so i guess moral of the story today is prevention is betta than cure ba.... take care pple.. ur health is more impt than anything else....
