Stadium Waterfront>

wah nice and romantic place! wanted to go there for a very long long time but oni got the chance to do so on fri... was walkin past indoor stadium to get to the bridge to get to the area where i heard someone singing jj's song... hmm sounds like him but nt really again leh... heard fr joy and alice tat his concert is comin up soon so shd be him rehearsing ba but when u hear fr outside his voice really sounded distorted hahahahaah.... but anyhow got a 'free' preview =p

walked across the bridge to get to this cafe called cosy bay.. they hv a mini tower which me and kel climbed all the way up to the top to get a nice view of the stadium and riverside... really nice to sit down and hv a drink wif the sea breeze and nite sky and scenery... downstairs was a big screen for the soccer fans and there were slim and young 'tiger' gals serving beer... kel was jokin tat next time he shd bring his frens here.. and i asked him is it to watch soccer or watch gals??? hahahhaha....

b4 we went to the waterfront kel had his checkup at alexandra hosp... and coincidentally my boss and i met a client at psa building in late afternoon for a short meeting so it was pretty convenient for me to go over to meet him after his checkup as it was really near and i din hv to go back to the office anymore after the meeting... we had our dinner at the hawker area b4 goin to waterfront and when we walked past stalls, an auntie of a stall was promoting her food to us... kel was helpin me carry my bag which was the thai bamboo bag i bought fr bangkok and she commented it was cute! hahahhahaa.... maybe i shd bring it out more often =p

had a mini eating binge on sat nite... went down to geylang.. erm the infamous red light district of sg hee... i always pass by the area in a bus but seldom step down at nite... kinda scary since there r sooo many men there and if u r one of the rare few women standing or walkin they will look at u fr top to bottom haiz... indeed i was feelin slightly uncomfortable but our main motive was to go taste gd food which unfortunately was located in tat district itself lor... but the 'paiseh'-ness was worth it cos of the delicious food! was lookin hi and low for a stall serving frog leg and after finding it and tasting we found it nice and tender... altho i found it weird tat there werent many pple sitting at the place if it was sooo popular...

then we crossed over to the bz road to hv some beancurd and youtiao... hahah it was by the time we wanted to go home tat we realized we saw another frog leg stall where many many pple were sitting at! hahhahahaa.... seems tat we went to the wrong place hehehe... by then we were aredi stuffed and kel was sayin nvm we come back here again next time and also try out the beef horfun stall opp it! hahahahhaa... im not much of a gourmet but he veri much is one who likes to taste any gd food... but i still enjoy it.. juz hope i dun get too fat!! hehehe....

met up wif dejia and the rest on sun for some cycling! yes u heard me correctly even tho i dunno hw to cycle at all... hahah wanted to do blading even tho i was the oni one who wanted to do it but the rest were encouraging me to cycle... thx to my dear who offered to double bike wif me... heng he said he din really feel veri tired cos i was light!! hehhehehehee... feel like doin it again if we will be goin ubin for a planned chalet ard sept... yup i hv a 30% discount fr my ntuc policy bday voucher so makin use of it to hv a gathering for them at changi flats =p
